Overview
This course enables participants to understand how business success is a science. Every business that succeeds, follows a scientific process which can be learned by any individual. The stakeholders in every business will be understood as well as their importance and the business ecosystem.
This program includes coaching sessions that investigate and analyze your own business and how it can improve.
After this course, participants will:
- Understand the scientific business success principles
- Be able to identify important stakeholders in their existing business, or planned business
- Be aware of SME Challenges, and how to avoid and minimise the impact of these challenges
- Have a complete individual plan of establishing and building a thriving business
Certification
A Certificate of Participation will be issued.
Your Instructor
Obakeng Gaitate studied accountancy and finance at both Wits University and Unisa. He trained as an Accountant at KPMG and has served as an accountant in public practice for over 30 years. He is an associate of SAICA (South African Institute of Chartered Accountants). He is the holder of a B.Compt degree, and an MBA.
Obakeng has served small businesses, to multibillion enterprises both in South Africa and internationally. He is a seasoned business coach and an expert in analysing business operations and procedures towards improvement.
